Laptop stuck in Startup Repair

When I was playing League of Legends, my laptop froze so I had to force shut down by holding the power button. Then when I booted up my laptop it gave me the option to start windows normally or launch startup repair. When i choose started it normally I would be stuck with it trying to load then send me back to the two options. Finally when I picked the Launch Startup Repair, the loading bar would keep load and saying attempting repairs and it would takes hours with no progress.

Memory: 4 GB DDR3 Memory

I would Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

Check your ram.

Well now it will not even boot and it does not show my hard drive at all in the bios.
