Hey all looking for opinion on what laptop to buy as i want another computer solely for visiting stream sites/downloading.

I have a dell laptop that i use at the moment and its fine. I like to get another laptop solely to do things such as visit streaming sites to stream sports/tv shows and watch movies and maybe download torrents and yes to stream porn and download porn. And yes that would mean downloading porn files from forums where you don't know if there are viruses or not on it. I also would stream porn as well and when i do this, it would be those popular porn sites that you stream etc. Thus I want it to be where it doesn't matter what site i just to stream porn etc. And of course watch tv shows such as stream cable tv shows etc. There are lot of these sites online but i would rather use a separate computer for it.

First off, does anyone have any suggestion on what laptop i should buy for this? I obviously don't want to spend much money for this since the whole purpose of it is to use it to stream tv/sports and download porn/stream porn on it. Thus i don't even care if it gets a virus on it as long as it doesn't affect my primary computer. I don't really want to spend more than say $350 max on this as well the purpose is to basically download stuff and watch tv and sports stream etc. And before anyone asks... why don't i use an old laptop i no longer use, well that broke so i don't have a spare laptop.

So should i get a laptop or a chromebook? Because i read a chromebook uses chrome OS but not only that, they either have 16gb or 32gb memory. That is obviously way too little since even if i download movies... well a few movies could already hit the 16gb memory etc. I would like the laptop to be either 13.3 or 14.1 laptop as 11.6 is way too small and 15.6 is too big. I checked amazon and best buy for chromebooks and they show these

HP 14' Chromebook $200+ tax

Asus 13.3 Chromebook $170+tax

Acer 14' Chromebook $300+tax

The Acer does seem to have 32gb space which is quite a bit compared to the 16gb space.

Are these good options for a chromebook? Or do you suggest something else? Or should it be a laptop? The thing is laptops cost more money... and again i would mainly be downloading movies/porn and streaming sites with it etc. Also would there be a way to get more memory such as sd chip? For example imagine i download 10 movies on it and each movie is 5gb. Well that would be way too big for my computer etc. So the negative of chromebook is the gb because its mainly for basic task and streaming. However, people do buy it to stream online mainlyl right and to watch streams online from sites that could possibly be shady?

Thanks all.

Can someone here confirm a few things?

1. Would i be able to stream through sites like stream2watch?

2. If i buy a 64gb micro sd card along with the chromebook, could i download files from sites that are say 1gb... then once im close to out of space on the 16gb chromebook, i just move that video to the micro sd card etc? That way i could have lot of videos on the chromebook? Thus... does the micro sd card solve the problem of not enough storage?

Not a fan of Chromebooks myself, every one I've been around , friends had a few, didn't last long. If streaming is what you want then almost any laptop within your budget would do. Look for higher CPU speed and a decent GPU and almost anything will work. If you buy a newer Intel based machine their onboard graphics is good enough for streaming/watching videos. As far as saving movies/videos why not just use usb sticks?

Hey all, i mentioned this recently. I want to get another laptop solely for streaming/watching videos etc. But my issue is I cannot get an english laptop... language has to be spanish. There are no english laptops sold here. However, i believe i was told that most windows 10 laptops even if its spanish can be changed into english right? Also it would work normally like a windows 10 laptop right once i change it to english? I will most likely get laptop as oppose to chromebook as so many people say don't get a chromebook even though it will mostly be streaming.

Another thing i want to ask. But say the laptop is a lenovo laptop thats spanish keyboard and everything. I assume its not possible to replace that keyboard with an english keyboard right? Like you know how people need to replace keyboard in the laptop and have to get a new one, well there isn't an english keyboard that would fit into the spanish laptop right... thus to make it like its english laptop?

Another thing i want to ask. Whether its a spanish or english laptop and say its windows 10, how easy/hard is it to completely wipe out the laptop and everything in it if i were to say use it for a while, then want to wipe it out completely where everything is not there anymore and then i want to sell it. I ask this because i probably would be using it for a short time until i could get an english laptop. Thus i want to use it temporarily but afterwards i want to sell it and then before i do that, i want to wipe out everything. Such that someone who buy the laptop from me wouldn't have access to any files i have on my computer. Is there a way to do this 100 percent? And if so, would i need a special program or anything like that?

Thanks.

Chromebooks are worthless unless all you want to do is use a browser. You CAN install hackintosh into them. A friend of mine created a set of drivers for Chromebook so that Hackintosh could be installed*.

Any modern laptop can be reverted to Windows 7, but most new Windows laptops now lack DVD+R Drives. You have to load the Windows 7 installer into USB Flash drive. Also, unless the HDD is larger than 2TB, you will want to format it MBR rather than GPT which is standard for Windows 10. You have to use these commands:

Code:
diskpart
DISKPART> list disk
(Find the disk number)
DISKPART> select disk 2 (number of disk you wish to convert)
Disk 2 is now the selected disk.
DISKPART> clean
DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk.
DISKPART> convert mbr (only if the drive is formatted GPT)
DiskPart successfully converted the selected disk to MBR format.
DISKPART> create partition primary

Then you can initialize the drive as MBR during the Windows 7 installation, just "show all" in the drive setup window of Windows 7 Setup and choose "Format", it will then automatically partition the drive for use with 7.

*Note! Although Chromebooks CAN have windows 7 installed, it's a major Arse pain, and you have to get the drivers from the same guy who made the Hackintosh driver set. Log into Twitter and search for "Coolstar". he's the guy who just created the iOS 11.1.2 jailbreak, so he should be easy to find. I contact him on Telegram.
