Good day to all.
Been using LastPass for a password manager now for some time working well.
Been looking in to the secure notes section of this software,I have some vital info stored as PDF files and as you know it's rather difficult to protect a PDFs doc with a password for free.So been thinking would it be viable for me to save those PDFs in the secure note section in LastPass,As when I'm away from home I can then access those files through the LasPass software.
Would that idea be okay to do??,Any advice on this matter Please.

Well...you cannot store PDF files directly in Lastpass, but you only really need the contents dont you?

No idea about LastPass, but it's much better to use dedicated tools for the purpose. Try TrueCrypt, an excellent encryption tool, free and open source. It creates a virtual encrypted drive where you put all your files, and secure it with a password, then you just copy the whole container file around.

Axcrypt will do it. It password-protects any file (absolutely any kind) and is free, fast and lightweight.
