Also, the custom install dialog shows the 2012 Visual C++ package to be version 10.0.30319.

But after installation, Control Panel shows it to be 11.0.50727.

Weird again...maybe some should install twice like N00berG00ber!

Oh well...at least those are working with a slight drop of two fps for me, here!

yea i couldent figure out which driver was giving me better performance. 13.12 or 13.11 9.5 so i was witching between the 2

I just edited the registry value from 13.9 to 13.12 then opened the catalyst control center without a reboot...TADA....version 13.12!!

As for performances i'm still on a slight drop!

Not to reproduce yourself without backing-up registry!

try a clean uninstall with a driver sweeper in safe mode and reinstall. i found a performance increase. as where as when i first downloaded it when it was released, i found a performance decrease.

Humm.. I already did a clean uninstall/install, but not as deep clean in registry i thought. might wait a little now .Its making its way in my mind anyway sooner or later.

gotcha. yea i uninstalled with the AMD tool in CP, then rebooted to safe mode, and deleated all the folders myself, then used a reg cleaner, then used the driver sweeper tool. rebooted and then reinstalled GPU and chipset drivers.

In my opinion, that is the only way to uninstall gpu drivers! good on you mate

In my opinion, that is the only way to uninstall gpu drivers! good on you mate

200 series people are reporting good results with BF4
doesn't work with my 7870's in Crossfire mode..


you have to select MANTLE in the BF4 in-game's option menu (under the VIDEO tab) - then restart the game
still doesn't like IE11, though - am running it via Firefox


- it's ground to a halt twice on my rig, with crossfire enabled
- having another go with a single card..

When i check web AMD. i very confused about
1. AMD Desktop Product Family
2. AMD Mobility Product Families
3. AMD Radeon HD 6300 Series
4. AMD Mobility Radeon HD 6300M Series
5. AMD Mobility Radeon HD 6300 Series

When i check dxdiag tab Display i saw AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics and when i check my body laptop ASUS X43U on sticker said RADEON GRAPHICS HD 6310M
so which category for my VGA? 6300M Series or 6300 Series ? Mobility or Desktop?
