Morning all,

Thanks for the heads-up.

I seem to have noticed that the CCleaner for my 32-bit machine is not automatically checking for the most recent update.

Is CCleaner now just offering one version that is compatible for both 32-bit and 64-bit machines instead of offering different downloads that depends on what version of Windows (32 or 64-bit) one is using?

I use the Portable version and it has 2 exe's.
I can start it by running the CCleaner.exe or the CCleaner64.exe, and it always runs the CCleaner64.exe.
I only have 64 bit Windows OS's now, so i can't comment on 32 bit Windows.

Lately I find a new version available before i run CCleaner, so i don't know if the CCleaner new version message still works.

It seems the upgrade notification upon opening CCleaner still works as usual. It just took awhile for it to pop up for me this morning after I opened the program several times and letting it check for updates.

Based on the two portable versions you've downloaded and the different sized files, I guess there is still a separate 32-bit and 64-bit version available depending on what Windows system one is running.

Thought something might have been different when there was no notification when I opened CCleaner to check for an update.

Anyone else noticing issues with the CCEnhancer sites certificate? Opera won't open it at all (I was able to get there with a SSL proxy).

Well for me there have been a few Windows Updates that fixed some of those SSL issues. However for the sites that I had problems with (singularlabs) and a couple of others - everything works with the new release of Opera 12.

That's Opera 12.18 - I must have missed it as it was released in February 2016.

Opera 12.18 is "Classic Opera" with Presto engine (not Chromium/Blink)

It's a security update with a few protocols that are considered unsafe removed and also added protocols which were not in 12.17. and enabled TLS 1.1 and 1.2 by default.

Personally I use the 64-bit portable version.
