You can run without a dns cache at all. Use services.msc from the start menu search box, hit enter. Disable the DNS Client service.

You're welcome. If I pin it to the taskbar, the jumplist open and run ccleaner don't seem to do anything though, at least for me.

When I click on the "Run CCleaner" option in the jump list, I get a small C icon in the notification area, after I click Yes for UAC, while CCleaner is running the cleaner part automatically.

I'm not sure unless it's just running so fast that you may miss the CCleaner icon pop-up in the notification area for a bit.

It's nice to see they've jumped on the Jump list bandwagon, but i'd expect a few more Tasks than 'Open & Run CCleaner'. Deleting restore points, go straight to startup items etc. would have been nice. Maybe next time eh?

ive got over being scared in installed on my tower and i found a guide of what to delete and what not to delete. ive just got ar lass a inspiron 15 laptop and its windows 7 64 will c cleaner run on a 64 system
