Speaking of CCleaner, it keeps deleting Chrome histroy. How do you get it to stop deleting my histroy?

In CCleaner look in options, then cookies where you will see a long list of links on the left.
Just drag Chorme links to right panel and hit ok and close.

I have been using CCleaner since it was called Crap Cleaner (in it's earlier years) and I have never had any issues with the program whatsoever. I use both the disk cleaner as well as the registry cleaner on my Windows 7 laptop and it hasn't caused me any problems yet. The disk cleaner finds and removes unnecessary files on your computer. The registry cleaner has the exact same function, but for the registry.

Me too... until Win 7 cCleaner keeps screwing up my WMC add-ins for NetFlix and Internet TV - it also screwed up Shark's codec packages - I still use it at work on the XP machines, but at home its just MS Security Essentials and Malware Bytes

Yes, CCleaner has a full cookie manager that will allow you to select which cookies to keep and not delete.
