Hi, this is a problem that started occurring in the past few days. Suddenly opening programs took much longer than usual to load, I have a SSD and everything had been fast before. So today I just went ahead and reinstalled Windows and the speed returned for the most part.
The problem I am having now is that if I launch an install program it takes 15-30 seconds to load, but if I right click and "run as admin" it launches instantaneously. I turned UAC off and I'm on an admin account. Any ideas?
P.S. I tested the health and performance of the hard drive, I didn't find any problems.
