I tried installing Morro but I get an error. I neither have Onecare or forefront client security. Why am i getting this error? Does anyone have any suggestions?

To mods: I repost this so people know what applications I have that may affect but I have removed the part that did not comply to the forum rules.

Remove IOBit, Kaprasky and Norton, didn't anyone ever teach you not to use more then one AV at a time? It causes issues.

Yes I did pass the genuine check. And thanks for the advice. But are you seriously sure that it will help? I have doubts about this one. Removing now. I will update later.

Honestly, I don't see why people even install more then one AV.

It can cause conflicts between the two (or three in your case).

One at a time is fine enough, plus having more then one will cause your system to be more sluggish then only having one. Remove those and try to install Morro, you can always reinstall them later.

I do know that but I was Beta Testing IObit Security 360 and I use NIS. I disable KIS since It was my previous IS but I did not want to bother uninstalling it in case I feel NIS ain't good enough compared to KIS so that I can easily switch back. Get it?

I understand what you are getting at, but if you are testing AV products you should still only have one installed at a time so it is not potentially causing conflicts.

I suppose disabling may work, not positive on that though.

Okay. I completely shut down all 3 applications and made sure I have no Forefront client security or Onecare. I tried the installation and it failed. I am totally sure that these 3 applications are not affecting the installation in any way. So what other things can be affecting?
