Solved Lenovo T560 laptop - Keyboard, mouse, touchpad, trackpoint do not work

I have a Lenovo T560 with Win7 Pro. Was working as normal in early May of 2019.


When booting in to Win 7 the onboard keyboard, Touchpad and trackpoint do not work. Tried a USB Mouse and keyboard and they do not work either.


All seems to be normal in the BIOS as I can use the arrow keys to move around. When Booting into Win 7 setup from USB drive the keyboard and mouse work as normal.


Can't update/remove/reinstall any drivers as the keyboard/mouse do not work when booting into Win 7.


When booting and stopping the process with F8 in any of the "safe" modes the keyboard/mouse etc. do not work.



When booting and stopping the process with F8 and choosing "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" the keyboard/mouse work as normal.


I am trying to restore back to 5/7/19 which was the last critical update.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Probably the keyboard, Touchpad and trackpoint have a unsigned driver.
Press F8 and choose to temporary "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" and boot into windows.

Thanks, I can do that as I mentioned above but whenever I reboot the same problem occurs.

You have to press F8 during boot, select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" and boot into windows.
Then update your driver.
