LG WH14NS40 blu-ray drive not seen by windows 7

Hello, I'm using win 7 sp1 and I have tried 2 LG blu-ray drives. One a LG WH14NS40 the other a usb drive LG CP40NG10. Both won't bee seen by windows. In the device manager it will list both devices under cd/dvd drive with a ! by the name. I have uninstall and scanned again with no luck. What else might I try?
