Library links in Start menu do not work

Hi all,

i have this problem.

When I click on the links for "Documents", "Pictures" & "Music" nothing happens (see pic 1)

I also noticed something strange when navigating to the libraries folder through explorer. 4 blank files....(pic2)

How can i Fix this problem please

Perhaps this problem is manifested because of the third-party theme you have installed and enabled. Revert to the default theme and see if the problem persists.

i reverted to original theme

problem still persists

You might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened may be able to fix it for you.
