Library Not Registered Error, The Movies PC Windows 7

Hello,
I may need some of your expertise I recently bought the PC game The Movies. I tried downloading but "Compatibility Issues" and "Library Not Registered" shows up. So I went "COMPUTER" right clicked the game "OPEN IN NEW WINDOW" than tried to install it by "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" on Setup. But nothing seems to happen, instead my computer starts to make jittery noises. I've tried this several times. Please help me on this issue.

Idk what compatibility mode is?
but when it says "Known Compatibility Issues" it gives me options to look for solutions online, but of course it finds no solutions. But the main problem is the "Library not registered"

thank you for it but do i use the other options because my computer is a 64 bit program and cannot be changed. sorry for all your trouble. I really appreciate your help.

What is your pc specification? (CPU, RAM, motherboard, GPU)...
