List of windows 7 system32 valid file hashes

Hi! Can someone make a list of (md5, sha1) hashes to compare to to check if a file is valid without sfc or without access to sfc?

To clarify, hashes for files within either system32, sysWOW64, or the general windows folder in win7.

Such a file list would have to be maintained according to the installed updates, as those modify system files.

Normally if you want to check file integrity, you would just check the digital signature (as Windows system files are digitally signed) and if it verifies, you could assume it's valid and unmodified.
