Windows 7 (microsoft)
Pros: Gaming, more software,
Cons: Fken fails, has random problems that just apear randomly, viruses

Linux (open source thats made by people (suprisingly doesnt fail) )
Pros: no virsus, safe, some apps, custmizable (without having to patch system files)
Cons: doesnt support alot of the apps

i have no internet connecton on that computer so dont tell me so fken update the drivers cause they are there and trying to transfer drivers from one pc to another is a pain since no usb flash drive or portible hard drive. and it also disapeared from device manager and adapter

Sounds like you are familiar with Linux. You may want to boot with a live CD and see if the network connection works. This will rule out a hardware failure. You could also check the NIC settings in your BIOS, assuming you are using onboard NIC.
