local disk drive setting properly

this is my sata disk...why is like this,see picture? Local disk c:,Local disk d:,does this suggest i have 2 disks?i know i dont,but is this ok? is this normal naming partition? :huh:

Looks like say a 640 gig drive. Was it new? Had you used it before. It is 2 partitions.

hi it's look 2 partitions on it.
if you want more detail you can go to disk management to see it.
example disk management. look that have 2hdd. disk 0 and disk 1
