Location of "Windows Help and Support" file

I had a "Windows Help and Support" entry in the Start Menu which I believe came with the installation (?). It disappeared. Where in the system does it live (so I can put it back in the Start Menu)?

Right click on the start orb and select properties.
Select the Start menu Tab
Then Customize.
Go down the list and put a check in the box next to Help.

Also you can get to Help by pressing F1 on your keyboard
or typing Help and support in the start search box.

F1 is going to be program-dependent.

WIN+F1 key combo will get you windows help.

WIN=key with microsoft logo on top.
