Solved Lockup on startup with USB Dongle after Windows Update

Hey guys, recently I've been having some issues with Windows Update.

After installing 7 important updates:

KB2507938
KB2532531
KB2555917
KB973685
KB2529073
KB2533623
KB890830

Whenever i have this USB Dongle plugged in Huawei E220 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia , the computer would lock up after the welcome screen, with (occasionally) the cursor onscreen and movable and task manager can be activated.

The thing here is, when i pull out the device, immediately the desktop shows as if nothing happened.

Also for the first time plugging in the device after the Windows Update I'll get a driver install of USB Composite Device, for each port i plug the device in.

Thats basically it, I'm not sure if i left anything out, I'll be sure to edit them in later, if i did.

Still getting this, I don't wanna have to do a system restore everytime i want to use the net
