I tried to convert an avi movie to DVD using the built in Win 7 program called Windows DVD Maker. At first it wouldn't recognize my DVD burner, till a Google search revealed that i had to remove my USB wireless broadband dongle. Sure enough this fixed the problem, but I am wondering what the hell is the problem, has anyone had any experience with this program, and hopefully is there a solution that dosent require me to forgo my internet? Obviously i could use a 3rd party app, but if its possible i would like to stick to the native app (it works fine for what i need to do in terms of just converting a movie to dvd format)
