SFC is useless in this case when Kaspersky is the cause of the crashes. SFC does not fix every crash you know. It's slightly annoying when I'm trying to help users and you confuse them with nonsense. This is what a real debugger shows.

Now you have a problem with a drivers causing an inconsistent power state and attempting to access an improper address.

Good about removing AVG.

These drivers need to be updated, or if unimportant, they should be uninstalled from the system along with the apps that installed them:

ctac32k ctac32k.sys Wed Jul 02 04:38:22 2008
ASACPI ASACPI.sys Mon Oct 30 22:09:12 2006
SiRemFil SiRemFil.sys Wed Oct 18 18:20:39 2006
SiWinAcc SiWinAcc.sys Mon Nov 01 15:23:29 2004
SI3132 SI3132.sys Tue Oct 31 13:17:53 2006

Also, visit you motherboard manufacturer's site for any chipset driver updates.

Thanks for the advice.

I uninstalled AC3 drivers as i think that's one of the files.

the rest seem to belong to motherboard devices, i can not find new chip set drivers for windows 7 so not sure what to do regarding this.

i am though, going to remove 2 gig of ram as i am running 6gb and it has a slight mismatch, and reading about ram combinations on the corsair site and asus motherboard forums this might be a problem although i don't see anything pointing to ram.

Bad RAM settings/mismatch, whatever, could be cause for drivers acting up.

Find the chipset of your motherboard and visit the maker of that for latest chipset update.
