lockups and freezes error-11

Basicly I have the same issue as this guy who posted here back in 2010. Certain games and programs will freeze for long periods of time for no reason, I have also had issues with downloading things from steam, p2p games such as world of tanks. I followed what someone in the thread suggested and got sfc details as a .txt file, this was what I got back.

OK - you didn't include a dmp file for analysis.

Enable DMP file generation using this:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

When you get a BSOD again, upload all the SF information (check that a .DMP file is present) here directly - there is no need to use 3rd party sites.
