Basicly I have the same issue as this guy who posted here back in 2010. Certain games and programs will freeze for long periods of time for no reason, I have also had issues with downloading things from steam, p2p games such as world of tanks. I followed what someone in the thread suggested and got sfc details as a .txt file, this was what I got back.
