Logging in without password.

Hello,
The operation system is Windows 7 Ultimate. My question is as follows. I want to log in without password. By netplwiz command, I unchecked the password option. After the shutdown, it doesn't ask password. But after the standby and sleep modes it again keeps asking password. Mostly, I log out on standby or sleep mode. How can I log in without password on these modes too?
