Login Screen Modification

Hello, I am currently working on modifying my login screen for personal design. I have a question. In the beginning at the login screen where you login it has the square where you login picture is and the password box. Is there any way to move the picture box and password box to a different location on the screen? What I'm asking is if it can be done and if so how to do it. I would prefer to align these items say to the right or maybe to the upper right part of my screen. I appreciate all help in this and to all that do assist thank you in advance.

i just tested it out jerry, i applied the bar skin and it works after a fashion, the bar is not how it appears in the example, but its ok , as for moving things around it seemed a little tricky so i just went for a pre-installed skin.

the logon workshop .exe needs to be run as an administrator for it to complete without an error message
