This isn't exactly a BSOD issue but I wasn't sure where to post it. My laptop is giving me this error:
"Logon Process Initialization Failure"
when it starts. There is a hotfix available for this, in the form of an MSU, but I don't know how to apply it since I can't sign into the computer. I am able to get to the command prompt in recovery but after that I'm not sure what I should be doing.
