Hey guys, I need some advice on a TV Tuner I’m looking into:
TV Stick USB 2.0 ATSC and NTSC TV Tuner, Black
So what do you think? I would love to go and get one of the more expensive, better quality and “tried and true” name-brands with all of these specifications however I’m strapped to the hilt as far as finances are concerned and so I really need to stay within or else under $50 in this endeavor.
I know that one says that it is compatible for Vista and so I wanted to know if I were to install the Vista drivers and set this thing up in Vista compatibility mode, if it would work at all. Does anybody have any experience in successfully installing and using a Vista-compatible TV Tuner on their 7 x64bit PC, in compatibility mode for Vista or not?
And if there’s no chance in Hades it will work, then I would really appreciate some help in finding another TV Tuner similar to this other one and which has these same features (e.g. included remote/VCA cable and support for HDTV, DVD and VCR connections) for roughly the same price bracket.
Thanks in advance!
ALSO: We have Verizon FiOS internet and TV, so... just to let you know, if that matters at all for whatever reason.
