Looking for some help deleting a few partitions

I'm looking for some advice as to how I can remove disk 0 all together, and move the extra space to my c: drive on disk 1. A couple of weeks ago my pc crashed and when I did a restore, my c: drive shrunk dramatically and I had a few extra partitions. When I try to delete any of them windows will not let me.
