Solved Looking for system backup for dummies.

Hello,

I believe that there are two types of backups; full and incremental.

I always perform a weekly full backup. Should I be doing a full back at some interval followed by incremental ones or stick with what I am currently doing?

I am also using Windows 7's backup process. Are there better programs out there?

Any backup help would be appreciated.

Full system backups are fine - try FREE Macrium Reflect. I find it easier to use than MS backup
