Lost Admin password, can only sign in guest, no disk.

I lost my admin password and i can only sign in as guest, when in guest, i cannot even connect to the internet. won't let me do anything without admin password, tried recovery and asked for the password too. i didn't backup in a restore disk or whatever. please give me some ideas, thank you.

I am pretty sure in this situation the only option you will have is to do a clean install.
