Lost admin password need to recover

Have lost admin pass word on Win 7 laptop and I'm unable to access computer as administrator.
Have tried system restore and some of the other suggestions posted here and the Acer machine does not have a CD/DVD drive.

Ask if you need more info.

I have the admin pass word now and I fixed it that only I know it until I'm done.

Now the other issue us that I can't get it to connect to the network either way LAN or wireless. Apparently the drivers have gotten taken out by a virus and or malware. I've been using a flash drive back and forth trying to get it going.
