Apologies. As of right now, I was able to uninstall Symantec in safe mode, reboot into normal mode, and install the MSE. I'm currently installing a new display driver (I driver swept my last whilst trying to get to the root of the problems).
So far, no BSODs. So apparently... Symantec was causing some issues?
