Lost non-synced iTunes purchases after clean install!

I deauthorized my computer before the clean install and authorized it after the clean install. I connected my iPod Touch and right-clicked it > Transfer Purchases. The thing is, it only transfered the purchases I had synced to my iPod Touch from before the clean install. Anything I had in my library, but didn't sync to my iPod Touch is gone. How do I get all of my purchases from my iTunes account onto iTunes now? What I mean is, I'm missing a bunch of songs I purchased already.

Unless they're already downloaded somewhere on your hard drive or on some storage medium you own, there really isn't a way of getting them back. Unfortunately, you would have to repurchase them because last I checked, I believe the iTunes Store doesn't let you redownload something. You could try contacting customer service though to see if they have anything for you and if policies have changed but if not, unfortunately unless they're already stored somewhere where you have access to them, there isn't much that can be done.
