MACROS NOT WORKING IN WIN 7 32 bit O/S

Hi,

I am trying to use macro enabled spreadsheet Excel 2010 on a WIN 7 O/S and am getting the error that

'Cannot run the maco 'Goodexcel2CI.xlsm!submitDataToDatabaseMacro'.The Macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.

If anyone could give me some insight on resolving this that would be great.
