Hello,

I recently decided to set up dual monitors and set up everything correctly as far as i know. The Monitor i am using most is selected as my Main Display. The problem however is that it is being seen as nr. 2 on windows 7 which causes the boot up screen to show up on my actual 2nd monitor instead of my main.

Before anyone says go to display settings and choose the one you want as primary, Take a look at this screenshot. I've already selected the one i want as my primary and it still shows up as nr 2

Your GPU has a set order in the firmware before the OS is loaded and that order can not be changed unfortunately. You would have to dump its ROM, change it, and then re-flash it to change this order.

EDIT: you could possibly get the HDMI to be first buy using an DVI-A adapter to VGA but I think the DVI will still come before the HDMI on that GT 430. DVI-A Dual Link Male to HD15(VGA) Female Adapter (Gold Plated) - Monoprice.com
