For the dock at the top of the screen, that would be Rocketdock, I think. The icons and theme for it, I don't know, though.

I don't believe they changed the theme for the taskbar/windows, but the start orb was changed. Use this.

As for the icons centered on the taskbar, there's a tutorial on this site on how to do that. Just look for it, you'll find it.
