Solved make windows 7 iso only from installation file to boot from usb

I have lost my windows 7 installation disc but i have all the installation files saved in my hard disc.Using free iso creator i was able to make an iso from these file.But windows7 usb download tool says its not a valid iso. so what can i do if anyone please tell me

Why bother with that method???

Download a legal ISO from mydigitallife.info. Burn it to a DVD. Install from the DVD. Activate with your existing Product Key.

Thanks for your reply but i have an interest besides my problem that how to make an iso by myself. The bandwidth i am using is only 33 kb/second.So it is quite hard for me to download all the installation file through internet

Are you trying to make a bootable flash drive? If so, you need the files from the .iso, and not the .iso.

If you have the files in the correct file structure, you should be able to copy them to the flash drive as the Tutorial in this forum shows.

I downloaded the ISO from mydigitallife.info and burned it to a DVD. What do I need to do in order to use the ISO with VirtualBox?
