Nobody can help much without knowing your budget and your possible source for parts--Newegg, Amazon, Ebay, whatever you are using.

Is that an Antec case?

Thermaltake PSUs are average; you can do better.

I wouldn't choose Biostar unless forced into it for budgetary reasons.

The MSI 7750 is a lot better than the FXF version, at least to me it is, I am running the MSI right now and I get on average 55-62 FPS while playing Guild Wars 2 on max settings. MSI also isn't as power hungry and it doesn't overheat as much over long periods of gaming, which I do.

This is the one I am running.

Also for a gaming rig, I would go for a minimum of 600 Watt, remember the rating is max rating not normal usage, a 500 Watt PSU on average will deliver about 325 Watts on a constant reliability.

All of this will run you about $714.94, only $28.11 more than what you posted and this will work out a lot better for your friend, this is only a budget computer by the way.
