This may be a bit redundant but Manhunt 2 is available on PC, and its fully uncut. Already ripped out the balls of one hunter and stabbed him through the carotid with blood spurting in 1080p. Apparently there is a stereoscopic 3D entry so on a compatible Nvidia card, you may be able to murder in 3D. All shown, including dropping the aformentioned balls, and the only annoyance is that executions have a red tint.
Its only on direct2drive and only available in America, Canada, and Mexico last time I checked. For a PS2 port, don't expect stunning graphics but its more than passable. Get it now for some real gaming.
