Solved MapleStory.exe has stopped working (Fault module:Ntdll.dll)

Hello,
Last week I downloaded a game named MapleStory I used to play it in past (Like from 4-5 years) but everytime I try to open it it crashes saying (MapleStory.exe has stopped working) and gives

I hope anyone can find me a solution cause I really want to play that game and remember all my past
in it and all what I did in it.

Note: I got win 7 and in past I used win xp to play with (Many player got win 7 and it works fine with them)
Also I downloaded the game on drive D: not C: (I have only both no other windows)
Also I tried everything on this site:

So please don't suggest any of these
(And tried another user)

Disable firewall
Install DirectX9.0c if the game uses it
Install Visual C++ Redistributables 2005/2008/2010/2012/2013/2015 (x86 if OS is 32 bit or both x86 and x64 if OS is 64 bit) - you would only need 1 of these, but it is safe to install all
Run as administrator

Is directx 9.0c older version of direct x 11 or it is another type of direct x because I got directx 11
also I have visual c++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013-2015
And running as admin is something I always do x3
And I always disable firewall and updates (Cause they always annoy me)

Lack of important updates my cause issues

MapleStory uses DirectX9.0c, so install Download DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtime from Official Microsoft Download Center

Is your OS 32 bit or 64?

were you ever able to solve this? i have the EXACT same error, and it just started very recently. nothing i do fixes it. ive tried clearing registry of all maplestory and nexon related keys, reinstalling, updating windows, turning off firewalls, and nothing works

as soon as i click "PLAY" in launcher or anywhere for that matter, it just gives me the same error you have

Well sorry guys for late respond but it was fixed by disabling some apps from msconfig thnx everyone who tried to help me! =D
