Marvell Yukon 88E8056 PCI

Hi Folks, I have a eathernet card as in the title, and it refuses to function with Windows 7 or Ubuntu 10.10, However the thing logs on to the internet just fine with an older Ubuntu 9.0 that I ran from a disk, and of course, it ran fine with the previous XP. I got the newest driver and installed it, no go. Tried drivers from the aftermaket, no go. Does anybody have an idea for me? Thanks very much. Mike

Hello there, i Google'd the name and i came up with the Marvell site.

According to this particular Ethernet Device, this is the driver that will work for you.

Marvell: Download Drivers

It's an All-In-One Installer with practically every single windows version out there (32/64-bits)

And it's the one you need (88E8056)

Try that and report back.
