mass effect problem

guys i play masss effect for some time on my pc and it runs perfectly for and hour or so without any problems but after an hour or so it stops and windows cursor appears in the game leading to helding of game and i get this error as shown in pic
plz help ireally want to play this game

specs
d930 at 3ghz
2gb ram 557mhz
500gb+200 hdd
8600gts
game runs smoothly without any lags but after an hour it just get stuck then when i restart it goes for another hour and again held no matter what actions im performing.
cpu and gpu temps remain normal below 65c (cpuz and gpuz)
is it a bug or something

yes its the only game
everyother game is hot and running good
crysis shift mercenaries god father2 hawx gta 4 farcry 2 no problems each played for 5 hours straight on same setup and same conditions without any problems of heating or helding as withthis game.

If you have the pirated version of ME then that's the problem, some of the pirated versions of ME have corrupted files, try getting the "proper.reloaded" version which also includes the DLC. Also don't forget to install the 2 official patches and use the proper crack from GCW..

well i know u wont believe me its a freinds game and i have lended to play few games on his alienware machine
secondly i aint rich to play legit games and even if they are i cant buy it in our country plus even if i ship it will cost me 130$ for shipping so u tell me now do i have no right to enjoy what i love

I have no issues at all with ME under Win7 64bit.



If this is a friends game, who legally owns it, you can have it to play completely legit as well.

Simply install and activate it with his CD Key.

The copy protection Mass Effect, and all other EA protected games use, allow 5 machine to be activated at any given time. Any 5 machines in fact.

There's also De-Auth tools avail. to de-athourize, and get a activation back if you decide to remove the game/and it it rights from any given machine.

The copy protection is actually quite lenient, and not as bad as its made out to be.

I would suggest going this route.

yes u can play with 360 controller on pc but it has to be wired one
or else if u want to play with wireless one then u have to buy a device the wireless reciever for ur pc cause the wavelength of the bluetooth of micrososft products is different from those of our universal bluetooth ones so must get that one
if wired just go to utube to see how to connect wired 360 controller to pc via that software

I got ME2 thru the EA Store.
Makes me want to play it even more because I already have it Downloaded and installed ready to play.

But it wont let the game activate and actually start untill 10am on the 26th.



I dont know whats worse. Wanting the game and waiting for release... or having it installed and ready to play and it telling me i need to wait..

Oh well .. i guess the bright side is, come Tuesday I can play immediately and no need to do anything but activate the game.
