Hi, yesterday i installed master CS4. Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash seem to work fine but After Effects gives me a 0::42 error (Think it's codecs problems that one). But InDesing, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and others crash upon starting, they show the loading screen and crash.

Any help?

My Master Collection CS4 works perfectly on my rig. I haven't seen any errors at all. I would suggest you uninstall then reinstall and if that doesn't work contact support at Adobe or try the forums over there. :)

I've reinstalled it several times. But no luck, some work others dont. So i'll install Dreamweaver, Flash and Photshop from CS4 (The most used by me) and the others from the cS3

If its a 64bit OS you have then that might be the problem. Other's have posted the same thing too.

Nope, it's a X264 processor but it runs on a x86 W7.

CS3 doesn't works neither.

It's anoyying seeing as others have no issues whatsoever.

The only thing working is Photoshop and Dreamweaver CS4, all others don't. Nor CS4 nor CS3

Dreamweaver has some problems

If you use a screen with a high resolution (mine is 1920 x 1200) and set text and icons to 125% or more scale in Win7 then Dreamweaver starts to lose icons from the toolbars. The properties window especially. You get a big empty space and lots of missing icons.

There's also an issue with setting ftp and local folders although it's easy to get round.

Did you update the programs after installing them?
I'd say get CS5, but since you are running x86, then Premiere and After Effects won't work since they are 64bit only.

No, I never updated anything. The programs that kept crashing were llustrator, Flash... I didn't install Premiere & AE.

I have had cs4 running on windows 7 x64 numerous times with no issues but you should drop you screen resolution which is a sucky thing to have to do maybe adobe should have the program automatically adjust screen resolution for those with missing icons..As with adobe though always install as administrator or run as administrator when installing it and make sure you have all of Microsoft updates installed and definitely check out the adobe forums for updates and patches that might be required....Install the whole cs4 collection as well.....

I do feel your pain cause it does take about ten years to install everything....
