Maximising program when opening photo

Hey Guys does anyone know If it's possible to open for example in my case I want to load several photos into PaintShopPro2020 but every time i side click on a single photo and go to 'open with' and select PSP2020 the program opens and i have to keep minimizing the program to select other photos want opened at the same time in PSP2020.

So my question... is it possible to set it so when i open a file it doesn't maximize the program that the file opens with?

Welcome to the forum. Can you not select several images at once or drag and drop?
