Solved Memory per user, how much?

I am setting up user accounts on a W7 Premium computer w/4GB RAM for some of the residents at an Assisted Living facility. What is the limiting factor for the number of accounts I set up.?

Don`t really think there is a limit, as long as you have the space.

Since only one can really be active at a time, hard drive space would be the limiting factor I would think. To insure this, remove Switch User so they have to login and logout.

The disk space required for each account depends primarily on the size of the user profile and that will vary widely, no way to provide a meaningful estimate. You can get a rough idea yourself by checking the properties of an active users folder in the c:\users folder.

As only a logged in user will use RAM that is not relevant.

I set up user accounts and deleted the switchuser command so they can't use it.
