To find out whether it is your hard drive, download western digitals test program Windig. The program will test the drive for errors. Run the data lifeguard diagnostic for windows.

More likely the hard drive or setting for it, are you using IDE , AHCI or RAID?

Post any crash dump files you have, along with the usual reports.

Those RAM and VCCIO settings should be fine.

Yes, a bad slot would show an error. The dump files are located at C:/windows/minidump. You'll have to provide administrator permission. Open the file and copy and paste them to an easy location to find. I use the dektop. Right click what you pasted select send to- compressed zip folder and use the paperclip icon in the reply window to upload them here. If they are too large, upload them to a file sharing location and provide the link to them. Also, did you run the western digital disk test for your hard drives?

yes i did and no errors came up on that either. Says health is ok too. I'm at a loss. I will get that dump file ready. How do you open them?
