Hi, after getting the BSOD many times, reinstalling windows and trying to debug i still have no idea how to fix my brand new system:cry:

I just bought a dell xps 9100 with 12gbs of ram and im assuming that its faulty because memtest returned 18000+ errors in around 10 minutes of checking..

Now that i know there are many errors, what do i do about it?!

Id really like to notsend it into dell because i need it for school....
Can anyone help me please !?
Thanks in advance!

If it is under warranty and you narrow down which stick (or sticks) it is dell might send you the RAM, but would you be able to put it in yourself?

I would let Dell do it just in case it is more than just that.

Im trying to narrow it down, I've been running off 2 sticks in the first two slots for the past few hours and not a single problem! Should i try two different sticks to see if the problem persists and if it doesnt the two remaining ones?
Thanks

You may have to narrow it down to a single stick as I doubt two would go bad at the same time.
