Mic. & the Blue screen of death

I put my logitech misc. into my 13 port USB HUB and got the Blue screen of death so I plug it into another port on my HUB and got the Blue screen of death again. A couple of days ago I plug in my TomTom into my USB HUB and got the Blue screen of death. My camera manual says do not plug in my camera to a USB HUB. I've got 6 items plug into my HUB and they work fine. So I'm wondering if I have a bad USB HUB or just make sure I plug my camera, Mic. and TomTom straight into my Computers USB and I'm had this HUB for well over a year

This is not an "audio" problem (this forum section). It sounds like you are overloading the USB port in the PC and what is causing the problem. If you want to use a USB hub, you must use a self powered (has it's own power supply) that will supply needed power to each USB device.

I agree with fireberd. Get yourself a powered usb hub. If you still get a blue screen of death, then post in the Crashes and Debugging forum, but be sure to read the posting instructions given there.
