Maybe I just don't see the uniqueness of this, because Opera has had a similar feature for years. Maybe IE9's method will be more polished, but since they are not providing any kind of blacklist, I doubt it.

I'm sure if Microsoft were to bundle a blacklist with IE9 out of the gate it would cause nothing but trouble for Microsoft. Heck, they get trouble when they put their software on their opt-in service that requires opt-in from the user to download and install. (Microsoft Update and Microsoft Security Essentials, if you were wondering)

Looking forward to the RC and Tracking Protection, we should have the ability to decide who can track what we are doing.

If MS were to include a blacklist with the RC, there would be no end to the law suites.
