Microsoft Money Pluss and Windows 10

I upgraded from Win 7 Pro to Win 10. I can't open my Microsoft Money Plus file. I get an error msg saying I need IE 6 to open it. I assume a later version like IE 11 would work. No luck. Is there a way to open this in a compatibility mode for Win 7? If not, how do I get rid of Win 10 and go back to Win 7?
