I think it is just that your colour scheme for Office is set to Black. To change it to something else, open an Office program like Word, click on the Office orb in the top left hand corner, click on Options in the bottom right hand corner of the box that opens, then change Color Scheme in the drop-down box to blue or silver. That should fix it :)

that color scheme is not the Office BLack...I use Black as it is my fav...and it looks nothing like that picture...There must be other issues causing that particular color....I would am not able to offer a solution though....

Got the solution but I can't find sms driver
Rick Bridges: "Hopefully, this will save someone a few hours of frustration....

Problem: It was caused by Windows defaulting to the SMS Mirror Driver
instead of the ATI driver for the video card. The SMS Mirror Driver is
installed with the SMS Agent, it handles video acceleration for the SMS
Remote Control Agent.

Resolution: This can be fixed by opening Device Manager and removing or
disabling the SMS Mirror driver. Restarting the system then allows Windows to load using the correct video card driver.

The SMS Remote Control Agent still worked properly, and the Office 2007 now looks like it's supposed to look."
